| 4 | ounces | Regular Cream Cheese | |||||||
| 4 | ounces | Blue Cheese Crumbles | |||||||
| 1/4 | cup | Heavy Cream | |||||||
| 1/4 | cup | Buttermilk | |||||||
| 1/4 | cup | Sour Cream | |||||||
| 1 | TBSP | Minced Scallion Onion | |||||||
| 1 | TBSP | White Vinegar | |||||||
| 1 | tsp | Black Pepper Large cut | |||||||
| 1 | tsp | Dill Weed | |||||||
| 1 | tsp | Granulated White Sugar | |||||||
| 1/4 | tsp | Granulated Garlic | |||||||
| 4 | drops | Big Drops of Hot Chihuahua Pepper Sauce | |||||||

| Mix all ingredients except for the Blue Cheese crumbles in a mixing bowl and whip until | |||||||||
| mixed well. Add Blue Cheese Crumbles and mix well. Refrigerate covered at least an hour | |||||||||
| before serving. | |||||||||
| Will keep 2 weeks if kept in refrigeration. | |||||||||
