| Grilled Smoked Ham Steaks with Peach Pepper Glaze | |||||||||
| You will need: | |||||||||
| Smoked Ham cut into 1/2 inch steaks | |||||||||
| For the Glaze: | |||||||||
| 2 | ounces | Peach Preserves | |||||||
| 1 | ounce | Honey | |||||||
| 1 | tsp | Fresh Cracked Black Pepper | |||||||
| To Cook: | |||||||||
| Grill ham steaks over medium heat, searing edge fat and making grill marks. When the ham | |||||||||
| is turned, spread a spoon full of the glaze onto the ham and spread over the steak. Be | |||||||||
| careful not to get the mixture on the grill surface because it will burn. | |||||||||
| When the ham steaks are placed on a plate, put the glazed side down and coat the top side | |||||||||
| with glaze. | |||||||||
| This is great served with grits, eggs, hash browns and toast. | |||||||||
| For an alternate flavor use Apricot Preserves or Orange Marmalade instead of Peach | |||||||||
