| 1/2 | Cup Butter | ||||
| 1/2 | Cup Crisco® shortning | ||||
| 1 | Cup sugar | ||||
| 1 | Cup Brown Sugar | ||||
| 2 | Eggs | ||||
| 2.5 | Cups flour | ||||
| 0.5 | tsp salt | ||||
| 1.5 | tsp baking soda | ||||
| 1 | tsp baking powder | ||||
| 1 | Cup Peanut Butter | ||||
| Heat oven to 375 oF | |||||
| Beat together butter, shortning, eggs and sugars until creamy | |||||
| Add flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt; mix well | |||||
| Blend in Peanut Butter until well mixed. | |||||
| Make cookie balls about 1-1/2" in diameter (will yield 4 doz.) | |||||
| Flatten onto ungreased Air Bake® cookie sheet | |||||
| Bake 12 to minutes for soft middle, 14 minutes for regular | |||||
| Cool 2 minutes on cookie sheet; remove to wire rack | |||||
