for the tall Sycamore trees that were planted several years ago in July of 1982.
They were wild trees taken from the edge of the woods, dug up and transplated in the
heat of that summer. Several folks spoke of impending doom for the small transplants,
being that it was mid summer and that they were not potted from a nursery.
whose branches spread across to make a perfect shelter from the blazing sun of summer.
As an Icon for business these trees symbolize strength, endurance and contribute to
the area in which they grow. A picture of lasting beauty whose branches weather the
changing seasons and occasional storm. A symbol we can be proud of for generations.
business didn't start till 1996. We are a family operated business that feels our
products should offer the quality that seems to have been lost in the tradition of
a younger America. Our vision is to stand behind our products, not in just manufacture,
but to help our customers learn how to use our products so they can enjoy them to the
fullest. After all, eating is something we have to do, so why not enjoy the experience.

rotting core, Prostate cancer at age 44 and some worried if my "Tree" would come down.
I have been healed from this affliction and I give all credit to my creator who healed

has been hit by lightning. There are branches the stormy winds have ripped out, but the
tree still stands. That tree stands as an icon to the way we must approach life. We must
always stand tall against any storm that comes and persevere through the hot and the cold,
the wet and the dry. You can read more about this on the page "Why We Stopped For A While."
I like the big tree am still standing.
We have started the Sycamore Hill Farms line of fine Sauces and Seasonings again. The new
location of the kitchen has passed inspection and we have all the legalities done. We have
a new hope and vision that will carry Mop & Sop into the next generation.
were revisited and came back on to offer our product line. Mid summer we had questions about
what gifts or gift basket we might offer. The gift crate idea was launched and developed and
by September we had our first prototype. By years end more than 300 gift crates were sold.
Thirty three stores were carrying as well as being offered online. We have met the first year
back with the desire to expand the reach of our products into larger markets.
